Refund policy

SABIHA acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between SABIHA and the consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through our retail outlets.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective. In case of receiving a damaged or defective product the customer must notify us by email (sabihaleatherproducts@gmail.com) along with supporting images within 48 hours of the product being delivered else SABIHA will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage and repair the merchandise in entirety. Expenses for pick up and reshipping of the product will be borne by us.

A refund to the customer's account is only possible in case the product purchased is out of stock.

Skilled craftsmen handcraft each of these unique products. Scratches and marks, slight variations in color, texture and overall symmetry of the products are indicative of their genuine quality. Hence, the final decision to return or refund an item will be at SABIHA's discretion.

Color Variations / Wear and Tear

Leather : Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible, although please note, colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on the screen. Also, the leather hide being a natural material will have slight differences and will vary from product to product.

Hardware Color : It is possible that products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose their shine over time due to weather conditions, usage and storage. These changes occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against us.

Variations: All our products are hand crafted by skilled craftsmen hence no two products are identical. There might be slight changes or variations in colour, size, texture etc. All dimensions and weight are approximations as every product is hand-made.

Scratches and Marks: Scratches and marks on a leather surface are not an unusual occurrence. Over a period of time with use, wear and tear, storage etc. your product is bound to age which adds to the look of the product and hence are NOT considered as defects or rejects.
